working out in the daytime, writing at night
I think that the pattern that I need to develop will look something like:
5:30 am - go run
6:30 am - return home and get family ready to go to school/work
8:30 am - get to school
4 pm - leave school
4:30 - 8:30 - parent and husband
9-11 pm - write and do my projects
If I can consistently make this life possible that would entail about 3 hours a life to my own self improvement. I think that is relatively sustainable. The working out part is probably the biggest challenge. I don't like waking up earlier than I have to. I also have enjoyed my morning routine lately and don't want to ruin that. So I need to figure out how to keep my morning plans and also work out.
